Then relax knowing that we will take it from there, until we meet you at the beach, to start your best beach day ever!
Beach 2U Rentals' delivery service is designed to maximize your day at the beach at the click of a button, to rent any beach gear you'd like! We also allow you to purchase delicious Hawaiian-style lunches for both adults and children, or any forgotten essentials, such as beach snacks, sun care items, baby care items, toys and more. * The BEST part is all of this will be delivered to a local beach front, FREE 2U!
*Lunches and Essentials must be purchased by 8pm Hawaiian Standard Time the business day before, due to required preparation time.
We'll meet you at the beach! Beach 2U Rentals has 6 scheduled delivery / pick-up locations throughout West and South Maui, which you can view on our Destinations page. Each area of the island has a set schedule, like a shuttle, that stops 5 times a day, every 30 minutes, between 10am-5pm, 6-days a week.* When your delivery driver is en route to the side of the island you selected when booking, you'll be alerted via email, or text - as long as you've opted into SMS notifications. When you arrive to the beach, just look for our bright, colorful van and smiling driver, ready to deliver your best beach day ever.

Refer to the delivery/pick-up schedule sent to you via email or text to return to the nearest location closest to you at the time you're ready to leave the beach. Each scheduled stop is within a few 2-3 miles of each other, and the delivery driver stops at each beach every 30 minutes.
Yes, we offer weekly rates, just not weekly rentals. Since the island of Maui offers an abundance of attractions and experiences, beyond its beautiful beaches, most visitors don't spend everyday at the beach, and they definitely don't want to haul sandy beach gear around-or have it taking up space in their hotel room or vacation rental. So, to maximize your convenience, Beach 2U Rentals are day-use only. Nonetheless, we would love to deliver the best beach day more than once during your time here in paradise, so after you have completed your first rental, you will receive a weekly discount code that is good for multiple days within the span of 6 days*.
*Beach 2U Rentals is closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Yes. There is a $50 refundable deposit due at the time of your rental pickup. Your delivery driver will be ready at that time to process your deposit, which will be refunded the same day, in-full, as long as everything you rented is returned in the same condition as when it was dropped off, and complete with all parts and pieces. A fair replacement cost for any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the deposit and any balance left over, if applicable, will be refunded to the customer.
No way! Beach 2U Rentals' delivery and pick up is FREE 2U, with no minimum purchase requirements.

Great Question! Choose from a simple menu for adults and children, both of which include Hawaiian-roll slider sandwiches, chips, a snack, and a drink. For example, you can get a roast beef slider, Luau BBQ hawaiian kettle chips, a homestyle rice krispy treat, and an Aloha Maid Pineapple Orange drink, and junior can get a PB & J slider, cheddar Pringles, Teddy Graham snacks, and an Honest Kids apple juice. All lunches are delivered in an iced cooler pack to keep it fresh until you're ready to chow. Whatever you choose to eat, you don't have to pack it, nor leave the beach to get it!
No worries! If the selection of items do not meet your dietary requirements, you can simply pass on beach lunch and not add it. And if you just don't like one of the ingredients on the slider, like lettuce, tomatoes, or cheese, feel free to toss any portion you don't like - it won't hurt our feelings. No slider customizations are available at this time.
Only if you want lunches or essentials products. To ensure adequate processing and delivery time, all orders with lunch or essentials must be submitted by at least 6:00pm (Hawaiian Standard Time) the day before you want your Beach 2U Rentals order delivered. If you miss the deadline, you can either opt for just rental equipment, or choose the next following business day.*

Excellent question! As long as your order is not already out for delivery, you can make changes to your order by contacting us through web chat, email, or phone. Note: lunches and essentials may not be added if the order is out for delivery or after 6:00 pm the day prior to delivery. Either click on the yellow chat bubble in the bottom of the screen to text or call us, otherwise go to our Contact page to send us a message.
Stuff happens? We get it. For cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to delivery date/time, a customer may reschedule their order for another date, otherwise, request a full refund of their order. If it is between 24-48 hours it is only available to reschedule for another date. If it is less than 24 hours, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel the order.
No worries, Beach 2U Rentals runs on a consistent schedule, like a shuttle, so you can locate where your delivery driver is scheduled to be at that time, and meet them at the next available drop zone. Go to the Destinations page to view the schedule.
Time flies when you're having fun! If you miss the final 5:00 pm pick-up time, simply call us at 808-563-4189 to make arrangements to add an additional rental day or drop it off at our office location in Wailuku.
Yikes! Your Boogie Board snapped, you cranked your umbrella too far and it snapped, or you power-spiked a volley ball all the way to Moloka'i. It happens, but we'll need to replace that item for the next Beach 2U Rentals customer. Therefore, the replacement cost of the item(s) that were lost or broken will be deducted from your deposit.
