We understand that situations may arise where you need to return or exchange an item ,or cancel an order altogether. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process :

- For cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to delivery date/time, a customer may reschedule their order for another date, otherwise, request a full refund of their order.
- Any cancellations made after 48 hours ,and before 24 hours ,may only reschedule their order for another date within the next 12months.
- The following cancellations are not eligible for refund:
- Any 24-48 cancellations that have not been rescheduled.
- Any order that has not been picked up during the scheduled window
- Any order that is canceled within less than 24 hours
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately at 808-446-8222, or click on the link sent to you via SMS text to message a member of our team.
- We will deliver to you a replacement for the damaged or defective item.
- If a like item is unavailable, we will refund the rental value of the product to you.
- If an item is returned damaged, defective, or with parts missing at the end of your rental period, and it was not reported at the beginning of your rental, in accordance with our Terms of Service, your payment method on file may be charged a replacement fee for the cost of the item.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of receiving your items, at 808-446-8222, or by clicking on the link sent to you via SMS text*.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for replacing the item.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective items only.
- Items must be the original items delivered to the customer by Beach 2U LLC.
- Items damaged while in possession of the customer may not be accepted, and may be subject to Beach 2U LLC’s charge back policy.
- Returns/Exchanges requested after 1 hours of receiving the item(s) may not be accepted.
- Essential items ordered in error by the customer, but not consumed/used by the customer may be eligible for return/refund.
- In the event, Beach 2U LLC is unable to exchange the damaged or defective item(s), you may be entitled to a refund.
- Once your item(s) is received, inspected, and processed, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
- Following notification, there fund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
- Certain items are non-returnable ,including:
- Consumable items that have 25% or more of its consumption capacity used up, including, but not limited to, snacks, food, beverages, sun care products, skin care products, and baby products.
- Items ordered by the customer in error, but still used/ consumed.
